• Ratings, beds, manager or address. These come from the CQC register. Providers can update them with CQC, and the change will show here after our next monthly update.
• Something we've got wrong, such as a home in the wrong area or a broken link. Email contact@comparemycare.uk with the page address and we'll reply within five working days.

We can't remove a home or its rating on request, because it's part of the public record. We will always fix a real error.
